After the Higashichaya district, we headed to 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa. On the way, we walked through the beautiful garden of Kenrokuen. It is a huge garden located right across the museum.

This garden is known as one of the 3 best gardens in Japan. So definitely it is a must visit location in Kanazawa area. This garden is beautiful in any season. It will show you different faces every time you visit!

Our trip was in September when the weather was still hot, humid and Summery, and the green color of the moss covering the ground was beautiful I thought.

The entrance fee for the garden is ¥310/person.
