And here comes the Lunch!Of course, the cuisines are similar to India, Sri Lankan curries a lighter than what I'm used to in Mumbai. Maybe there are lots of similarities go South Indian cuisines though..The stir fried paratha was very interesting and yummy. They cut paratha into noodle like long piece, and stir fried them in Chinese or Thai-ish flavors. Almost like flat noodle, but more chewy as they were paratha. Thought it's a good idea for left over chapati!
