Sigiriya village, the hotel we stayed, had a Ayurvedic treatment center and I tried the Shirodhara treatment. Shirodhara is a special treatment on the third eye, one of the chakra, pouring warm oil on there. It was really an interesting experience and surprisingly relaxing. .For the side note, it took me a few days to get the oil out of my hair completely though.
