Nodoguro is “the King of white fish” and people would say it is as good as toro of tuna. The price is pretty high just like toro, but if it is a king of white fish, why not try it! The meat is fatty but still light, and it has strong umami!

I’ve been eating lots of fish as I grew up in Japan, I never had such delicately delicious fish!
