And this is the best part of the Kanucha resort’s Japanese breakfast! White rice with fresh raw egg!!(And put some soy sauce for taste)It was soooo good!!! They use really good rice and egg. It was the best egg rice I ever had! You think it’s gross to eat rice with raw egg? It is pretty common dish in Japan. They usually put full egg but I like to eat just with egg yolk.I wanna go back and eat this again… ️Please don’t try this dish unless you can get the egg that can be eaten raw. Most of eggs you get in the states are not recommended to eat in raw.️
